This policy explains what information Noodle Brain Games (“we”, “us”) collects when you use noodlebraingames.com, and how it’s used. We keep it short and plain.
1. Information saved on your device
Our games save your progress, best scores, streaks and settings (like sound on or off) in your browser’s local storage. This stays on your device. We don’t receive it, and you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
2. Information you choose to send us
- Email newsletter: if you sign up, we store your email address to send you the daily puzzle email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Feedback, votes and contact messages: if you vote for a game, rate a game or send us a message, we store what you send. If you include your email, we use it only to reply to you.
3. Advertising
We show ads from Google AdSense to keep our games free. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
Visitors in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google’s consent message.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which games they play and how long they stay, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device type, approximate location (country or city) and pages visited. We don’t use it to identify you personally.
5. Hosting and security
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
6. Children
Our website is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you, such as your email address, by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, in the UK, the EU or California), you may have additional rights under local law.
